I picked this non runner up a few weeks ago.  I have been thinking about a sidecar rig for awhile and this one came up so I have a new project for this winter.  Parked since 2009, unfortunetley most of it outside by the looks of it.

Welcome to the side car world. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. The only drawback to a sidecar right now is all the attention you will get, every one has a story to tell or or questions about the car.
I am 71 and still ride and enjoy two wheels but the sidecar should add 10 years or so to my riding life.
good luck with the project and enjoy.

Hello, hate to hog this site but' my first bike when 16 years old was a BSA flat head with sidecar for 20 pounds stirling.

Tracking is important ball park 1" toe in over 8-10ft.

Brakes are also important as the chair will want to swing around the bike if there is no chair wheel brake. (not that unusual). Bernie Knickleson's book, had it all in there. Cannot find it now. Bike should lean out a few degrees to counter the geometry  when the weight of a passenger changes the vertical.

Feel free to contact me if I can help with info. Paul.
